ROSHERVILLE HOUSE
by Kennedy Nolan
Rosherville House is a refined reimagining of a 1980s brick and tile pavilion on Sydney’s north shore by Kennedy Nolan. The project celebrates the home’s original character while enhancing spatial flow, privacy and the connection between interior and garden through warm, tactile materials and thoughtful detailing.
In the living room, Phillip Jeffries Manila Hemp wallcovering brings a layer of handcrafted texture and natural luxury, enriching the earthy palette and complementing the home’s sophisticated yet grounded aesthetic.
